Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Transaction completed no booking id generated

Hello,
I have completed the payment for a hotel booking and the transaction is completed form my side but the goibibo app doesn't shows any booking of the paid transaction.
Please find the attached screenshot for your reference of the completed transaction.
Would like to talk with your customer care executive as soon as possible to resolve this problem form your side.
