Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Travel affected due to COVID-19 and REFUND not processed | |||
This is regarding my AIR INDIA flight booking for travel on March 25, 2020 from Surat to New Delhi with booking reference: AI/ZB1FL and PNR No. ZB1FL for passengers: 1. Mrs. Neeru Dhingra 2. Mrs. Meenakshi Dhingra 3. Miss Kritika Dhingra 4. Master Daksh Dhingra (Booking done from Goibibo A/c linked to VRINDA DHINGRA- [protected]@gmail.com) The flight was announced cancelled by the Airlines due to CoVID-19 and I was assured a refund. On contacting GOIBIBO in June-July, I was told that GOIBIBO is working with the Airlines and soon update the policy on the website/app. Later on, I saw the booking got vanished from "My Bookings" Tab on my Account. On trying several communications, I did not get a reply from Goibibo regarding this. My another booking with GOIBIBO for travel date March 27, 2020 was also cancelled and got refunded in the form of GOCASH on January 21, 2021. Several emails have been done but I have got no reply from Goibibo on this. The advisory from AIR INDIA and also as released by the Supreme Court assures full refund. Kindly help me with my refund of Rs 7292/- pending with GOIBIBO. Was this information helpful? | |||
