[Resolved] ICICI — amazon credit card rejection | |||
I applied for the icici bank credit card. And my application got rejected due to office address confirmation. And when i contacted the customer care executive. They told me that send your required documents by email and between 4 to 7 days. You will be notified about your application status. But after 9-10 days. I still didn't receive any email or message. But they are not giving me any update. All the time they tell me that send us an email about your company id and address. And i already send them email 10 times. And then again i called customer care executive and they said, you application is rejected. Then didn't tell me any reason. Please provide the solution as soon as possible.
