[Resolved] ICICI Bank — 10K deducted from ICICI a/c | |||
On 21st Feb, 2016 I got 4 sms about online transaction from my ICICI a/c, which were not done by me.My ICICI customer id :[protected]. I didn't get any OTP also. Details of those sms: 1.Rs 71.44 (VIN*UPS*INTERNE) 2.Rs 71.44 (VIN*PAYPAL) 3.Rs 9843.58 (VIN*PAYPAL*MJD) 4.Rs 71.44 (VIN*UPS*INTRERNE) Total: Rs 10, 057.90 On[protected] I called customer care and made Complaint (Complaint Service Reference Number SR[protected], they told me they would investigate on it and response me within 8-9 working days.Today is the 9th working day and only Rs 71.44 has been credited in my a/c and haven't got any reply of my mail.
