A transaction of 1899/- has been done from my account. For a period of 30 mins, I was disbarred from logging into my account via any means, weblogin / imobile app. I got a system generated email as below at 6.30pm alerting me of the same. Kindly see to it as this was not my transaction. Dear Customer, Greetings from ICICI Bank. A purchase of INR 1, 899.00 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX119 on 04-Jan-21. Info: IIN*I-Debit*SI . The Available Balance in your account is INR 673.73. In case you have not done this transaction, please call on 18002662 or SMS BLOCK 119 to [protected] from your registered mobile number. NEVER SHARE your Card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID, Password or URN with anyone, even if the caller claims to be a bank employee.
