[Resolved] ICICI Bank — 7500/- Wrongly Deducted To My Credit Card No. [protected] | |||
Dear Sir, Today I received my credit cards statement From June 2014 To till date thru my email on request. I would like to bring to your kind notice that 7500.00 payment on 02/11/2014 vide reference no 74766514303443903087240 to AVENUES INDIA PVT Ltd is not authorised by me. I have already requested the authority to block my card and issue new card.I would like to raise a dispute for the above transaction which is not made my me.I would request you to please help me in this regards. My Credit Card No Is [protected], I may inform you that the transaction of Rs 7500/- on 02/11/2014 is not authorized by me, It appears to be a wrong entry from your side. Secondly no message came to my telephone for this transaction. Thirdly I would like to to help me to tell where this transaction is being made, I was told by customer care that it is done in Mumbai, Which I never visited, If it is used at internet which IP address it is used.Please Check Your record it appears to me as a wrong entry at your level. Since I was not getting the statement thru mail or email, I should not be held responsible why I have not informed earlier. Only today I received all the statements.
