826 rupees has been deducted from my account as demat account charges. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now. I only remember that one of your sales guys cheated me while opening the account saying i will get a money refund if we open an account in icici. He never told me its demat account. I got call from icici later that in 2017 and the customer service representative told me about demat. I told i dint open the demat account, i don't want it, and i got a call like this 3 to 4 times i told the same. I never logged in to my demat account. I called up the sales guy who cheated me but he never responded.
Also, i did not get any deduction message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

We trust icici. But this is kind of cheating is totally unacceptable. I know if i ask for a refund you guys will come up with your own # answers. I want an explanation and a refund immediately. If not i am gonna file a suit in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
