[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Abusive unparliamentary language | |||
Hi i am Rajesh, today on 26.08.2014 i recieved a call from[protected] who said he is calling from icici credit card dept.and it was regarding redeemtion of reward points and increase of credit limit and sending me new card regarding this, he asked me to talk to his manager even though i said i was not intrested. I told to the manager that i was not intrested in the above said points, and he cut the call. Immediately i got call from the same number, by answering the call that person started to use abusive words in Tamil which was very shocking to me.The time he called was 6.31 pm.Being a customer with icici for a very long time this incident makes me upset very much. How a reputed company have these kind of staffs. Please take neccesary steps and get me a feedback regarding this Was this information helpful? | |||
