[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Added un-necessary charges in my credit card statement after 3 months of Redemption the reward point | |||||
From a long time i am using a ICICI Bank credit card. As per my transaction they give me a reward point. Many times i have redeem my points and as per my previous experience with them and with a word with them that redemption of points at payback.in is fully free without any charges. But this time, i have used my redeem point in May 2015 and after 3 months suddenly ICICI Bank people woke-up and added 100 Rs Point Redemption charges with service tax in the month of Sept 2015 Credit Card statement. When i raise my voice and make complaint against these charges with there call center and complaint center, they force me to pay the charges and they said i have to pay the charges but when i say this is free they said from June 2014 they are charging Point Redemption handling charges. When i say, you never let me know entire year and after 3 months suddenly you put charges in my credit card statement. They said this is not necessary for Bank. They have authorization to put the charges. Don't you think this is strange...Is this Bank or something else who is always ready to steal your money with un-necessary charges whenever, wherever, always Was this information helpful? | |||||

I think you did not read my complaint properly.
I have done that before but for your reference sending you detail below.
i have made the complaint with your customer support team and i have called to your call center and email the detail to your complaint center on (customer.[protected]@icicibank.com) and i have received the reply from them too.
As per the detail i have received from them, they are not ready to do any thing on this regard.
As i have already sent a complaint against the issue to Mr Krishnan too on 06 oct 15 which is ICICI Bank Step 2 in complaint section but till now we did not receive any response at yet. ( check link - http://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page?)
