[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amazon Merchant Refund to closed account | |
I purchased a pair of Asics shoes on Amazon.in on 20 Sep 2020, ORDER #[protected] Due to some issues I initiated returns of this shoes. Amazon initiated the return and did the refund to my bank account. However as I had moved form US to India and had a NRE account, I closed this account on Oct 12 2020. Amazon is saying the refund is completed from there side and have given a RRN # 74766510300042981804566 on Oct 27, I need to check with bank for any further issues. Now I'm not able to track or get this refund, neither bank nor amazon is helping me out. Was this information helpful? | |
