ICICI Bank — Amount deducted claiming to be DP charges | |||||
I recently noticed that my bank account has deducted 240.61 from my account saying it’s DP charged. First of all the customer service officer told me in the beginning that the DMAT account is free of any cost, secondly apart from requesting for a DMAT account, I haven’t done anything, nor made any transactions. I have noticed that others also face the same issue with ICICI bank. Also this account is a zero balance savings account. Either refund the amount, or pls do close my account with the bank. I opened it long ago, and don’t think I am benefitting out of this bank at all. Ph no - (+91) [protected] Requesting quick actions pls. As a customer, it is saddening and frustrating to see such un-trusted transactions from the bank’s end.
