ICICI Bank — Amount of Rs 40,000 debited from my account

Hello Sir, An amount of rs 40, 000 has been deducted from my account don't know how. I went to atm to withdaw some money from my account, but from that atm there is not enough cash to withdraw. then i went to other icici atm branch, and then i saw that amount has been withdrawl but in this case the amount from hasn't withdrawl, (ATM machine se paise baahar aaye hi nahi, main wahan khada tha.) Ab bank keh rahi hai, k paise withdrawl ho chuke hain...maine bank se kaha mujhe video footage chahiye, tab bank ne meri request le li, aur 2 weeks k baad aane ko kaha...jab maine 2 weeks k baad gaya tb kehti hai, , , , k us time ki video footage nahi hai... samajh me nahi aa raha kya kru...please help. I'm a student of Btech final year, mujhe apne college ki rs 40, 000/- fees bharni hai., .abhi baaki hai...main bank k chakkar kaatte thak gaya hun...police wale meri FIR NAHI KR RAHE... police wale keh rahe hain...aap bank walo se jaakr baat kro isme police kuch nahi kar sakti. aur bank wale kuch kr rahe hain ya nahi pata nhi, ., ., , ., , ..., , ., , ., . account se paise 13 january 2015 ko subah 9:26 pr nikle hain...
