[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount withdrawn without my knowledge

I have been dealing with icici bank from 2012...i have salary account and Rs. 3000 were debited from my account. My account is showing NFS/cash withdrawal on 20th Oct-15 instead i have not withdrawn money form my account. The time when the withdrawal took place i was in Gujrat and the customer care person told that it was done from Maharashtra. It was surprising that though the card was with me ..how could be the transaction done. When enquired the customer care person is not able to tell the city. Also I have given a written complaint to Jamnagar branch for the reversal and investigation. Plz tell me about this ...and what i have to do for Reversal of my money...

Our Debit card statement shows:

1. NFS/CASH WDL/20-10-15 amount is Rs 1, 000.00
2. NFS/CASH WDL/20-10-15 amount is Rs 2, 000.00
