ICICI Bank — ATM s not working

Hi sir/ madam my self Mahadevamma S. My ATM NO. is [protected]. I forgot my ATM pin number. And I don't know my Account number also. I did complaint also. They replyed, visit your nearest branch. Today I visited to branch, they said no account number for this type account. And I tried to generate ATM pin but I can't. I don't know what happened to this. And I should need to know my Account number. Please help me sir. Please please. Registerd mobile number-[protected]. DOB 25th March 1993. Aadhar number is[protected]. How to generate pin number. Please tell me sir.
