ICICI Bank — Auto-debit charge | |
Due to ongoing Supreme Court order last month I did not make the EMI payment for personal loan and when called to the bank about moratorium extended by court. Customer Care representatives asked me to make the payment or to wait for message till the update from bank. I did not make the EMI payment so this month I got charged 940 with 2 auto debit failure applied along with EMI. So, I visited the bank for the charges to be removed to pay the EMI they made me visit 3 to 4 times and now they are saying they cannot remove the charges. In addition, I have been charged Rs.300 for credit auto debit failure. During pandemic normal life of common people has gone for toss. ICICI bank is interested in making me money at the cost of others. Was this information helpful? | |
