I have applied for reliance rights issue by paying the 1st installment and kept money in my savings account remaining for next installment, however there is no intimation or deductions and simply the due date crossed.

Now the shares are not available in demat as well as icici corporate is telling that refund cannot be processed.

I am a ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily last 17/07/2020 (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation Email, SMS or any Phone call. My issue:
KYC not getting completed even after getting it started for 6 days.
No response from even heads of the sales department.
No concrete resolution to the issue i am facing, just false claims.
Raising the ticket after the completion of the 6th day of this issue. I hope the Forum takes the issue with priority.
