I have 17 POSDEC CHRGS on my account and Iḿ not sure where they are from, please refund that...

I have been trying to reach out to icici customer care for the past 9 months. I'm sending mails to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com.
There are wrong charges in my credit card which is not getting resolved. I'm not able to raise services request through any of mode may it be through email (No response), customer care (Ivr in [protected] is not allowing to connect cce), online account (It is asking for saving account details - i don't have...

Despite cancelling the one assist services by icici bank, ₹ 1899 have been deducted from my account. I specifically called for cancellation of the services and was ensured that the service will be cancelled and the amount wouldn't be deducted. I have called one assist customer care number multiple times but no one has responded.
Please refund my money and cancel the services, else i will have to resort to consumer court.br...

I have purchased four (4) icici bond named money multiplier bond-0199-mmb-one on 03.03.1999 [deemed date of allotment] with issue price 4, 000=00 per bond with face value 8, 000=00.

Whats wrong with icici bank dont know. I send mail regarding my loan many times but i didnot get any positive reponse. Please take a look the following point

I recharged my fastag of my vehicle after contacting icici customer care they told me that it will get activated in 2 hours after recharge, but even after hours of recharge the tag was showing blacklisted on tolls and i have to pay double tolls throughout the journey, i recharged on 13 july and its still not active.

This caused me to pay double tolls and a lot of difficulty faced.
And i had recharged through icici imobile...

On 10 july 2020, maine 196 ka dth recharge kiya amazon upi ke through but transaction failed hogya or amount deduct ho gya. Amazon customer service me baat kiya to bola 2-4 business days me paise aa jayenge hmari taraf se initiate kar diya gya hai but aj 15 july 2020 ho gye abhi tak amount nhi aya hai. I have not been used my debit card for the past 4 months. But in the month of june and july the amount of 29.50 is debited 10 times from my account.

My icici account was debited rs. 1899/- on 14th july with transaction remark as iin/i-debit/si. I have not authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back. As soon as possible....

My salary account has been deducted by 28 rs posdec charges, every 2 days in a week. They have been deducting the amount from my account from last one month.
