Hi team,

I had checked my icici account, ecs charges 590 rs. Was deducted from my account with icici bank (Account no:[protected]. I had applied for moretorium against the loan emi under the idfc firts bank (Capital first). Again, i got the alert of ecs return and definately i would be charges in form of ecs. During the moretorium, no ecs, no panelty should not be charged on my account.

I did call cutomer...

I have been charged without any prior information to me, this is third time im facing this issue. I want clear clarification on this and i want my money to be back....

Sir,
I'm facing this situation since 3 years. They are not solving the problem and the bank manager is just awaiting us back that the problem will be solved. But they didn't solved.
Here, the icici fraudulently looting money without any message and there is no proper statement and response for the reduction..
If it continues we can go for consumers rights court.....

Hi, i am subhashchandra yadav. Customer of icici bank. I have a salary account of icici bank. Am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 124.75 rupees, yesterday[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 493.24 rupees & 3rd june 96.76 rupees charges deducted. Total amount 777.75 rupees i don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone...

Unfortunately from 28th may 2020 onwards i had minimum balance which was debited under nach_ad_rtn_chrg-bajafin-02apr20-c[protected]pl10 from my account...

I would like to bring to your notice that an amount of rs. 999 has been deducted from my icici account. I am not sure what this amount is deducted for? Kindly help me refund the money back to my account....

I had a fast tag with icici bank customer id: 10363034 which was blacklisted due to low balance. I recharged it with required amount on 05/03/2020 and requested to close on 05/03/2020. Which is accepted and closed. I received a refund also. But these people kept my vehicle mh32ah5500 in blacklist. They closed account but not removed it from blacklist with ncpi. I was not having any idea about my demat account, and i didn't get any notification of deduction. I never personally opened the demat account till date so this is totally insecure and i even don't have any idea about the demat and trading stuff so please take this matte seriously because deducting of charges...

Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

Hi team, this is my fifth complaint against icici bank i have deposited a cheque of 2, 45, 000 r against my personal loan on march 16th, 2020 post icici branch approval, my check was not cleared and return back on 19th march i did not informed about my check returns from the branch after that i have visited vashali and bhakrota branch for my check and raised complaint on vashali nagar branch on 23rd march they asked me to call back on same...

On 3rd of june in the evening 7:05 pm, i got two messages back to back of nfs/cash wdl of 10000 each, i. E. Twenty thousand rupees. That time i had my card in the wallet. So these both transaction was not done by me. Please help me to get back my money. As twenty thousand rupees is huge amount for me....

I really unsatisfied with your service, i am the customer of icici past 5 years u people doing un trusted work you deducted 29.50 rupees in my account why don't know why your doing like this last month you deducted 29.50 rupees in my account and this month also u doing the same thing i really frustrated we are in crisis time due to corona but you ppl are cheating us...

ICICI has charged me ecscharge again and again debiting more than 500 inr per time....

Icici insta savings account frozen due to kyc. Respected documents have been submitted but still account was in freeze no response from branch icici waste of time. This is how they treat customers....

I'm having a salary account with icici for more than a year now and i also had a subscription of apple music which gets renewed every month on 15th so, as usual in the month of april i made sure that i have sufficient amount in my account on 15th for the transaction to go through and it did. So i continued using apple music for one more month and then cancelled the subscription in the month of may.
That icici account was not my primary...

A charge of rs 826 has been deducted from my account mentioning demat charge
My account is dormant and informed me that there will no charges will be deduct for the same.

I have many times raised the request for closing the account but despite of closing they are not providing me proper services any time.

I am really frustated with that.
