Rs 201.60 got deducted as dp charges, what is it all about, please mention in details whenever you deduct any money, its not my duty to waste time in such issues. Refund my money asap
Also there is some charges deducted not sure why 2 times, please get in touch with me and resolve my issue.

Hi Team,

I have missed out emi for Bajaj in the month of April but icici bank debited for multiple time in my account and I have try to reach in customer care but unable to reach and also I have raise the request for this but they replied to me I am going escalate for this case.

I dnt know RBI informed cheque bounced dnt charged but in my case they debited multiple time.

Could you please reverse...

My icici bank account * transaction on 29/04/2020 amount of rs. 4000/- without my permission. Entry shows in my passbook aep/cash wdl/29-04/2020.
What is the meaning of this transaction? And what i can do now??...

Dear sir/madam,

We would like to bring to your elite notice that iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I don't know why they charged using the way of ecsrtnchg and what is this?
I already posted the same complaints...

My account has been charged around 585, 589, 582 rupees for many times, don't know the real reason behind this, where can i find the reimbursement. Is icici bank is too poor to rob from its normal customers??...

Rs 826 has been deducted from my account in april. I checked online and found that lot of other people have logged similar complain. I believe the charge is for dmat account but i don't even have an icici dmat account that i am aware of. Please initiate ba refund as i have never been informed about such deduction. I use sharekhan and motilal owswal for my share investments and they were also unaware of such a debit. I wasnt informed...

This is not the first time. I will talk what happened today i have been charged without knowing without any notification. Money has gone from my icici bank account. By saying ecsrtn charge. Please anyone has any information regarding this connect....

I have tried to purchase a laptop from dell website but transaction failed with the same reason as below;

"dear customer, transaction of inr 1, 29, 846.01 on credit card xx3004 is withheld due to security reasons. Pls call our customer care."

I made a upi transfer, money got debited and got a sms. But is not credited...

Recently due to a misunderstanding i sent the sms block 256 to [protected]. I recieved a message that i will be getting a call from[protected] regarding the same within 30 minutes. But i did not recieve any call and my upi and imobile app has been blocked since. I have unblocked my card and changes the pin but still cannot access the app and use upi in any other app. Please help....

I bhawana Mehra have icici bank credit card vide card number - [protected], I'm trying to surrender/ cancel my credit card from last 3months I.e 28/03/20. But customer care department people never co-operate in this regards. Every time they are telling new reason for surrender of card. In this mean time they have issued new credit card with out any intimation and debited charges in the name of yearly maintenance I'm getting mental agony...

I transferred ₹1055 to a vendor via imobile app by scanning qr code. I got an error message on the app that transaction failed. I tried one more time and it failed again. I checked with the vendor and the money has not been received.

However got 2 sms that ₹1055 has been debuted from my account. I checked via mobile banking and net banking and on both i see ₹1055 debuted twice (Total ₹2100 debited).
