I was trying to pay medical premium for the year 20-21 to New India Assurance and initiated the transcation by clicking the pay button which took me to billdesk page and paid the amount of Rs 14918.74. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but page showed "Sorry ! we are unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." messsage from bill desk. A guy from icici called on 2nd dec and said he will provide a voucher which can be deposited into account I asked him to direct deposit instead of voucher. He told it will take 4 days, but as of now no money has been credited to my account. Do the needful at the earliest.
