ICICI Bank — Blocked my money and not responding

Hi,
One of my friend send me neft of rs. 51, 500 on 24th may, 2016. But by mistake he put wrong payee name. First i recieved in my account. But then after 2, 3 hours they blocked it because of wrong payee name which they are telling me from start.
Then next day i visited there branch sector: 11 panchkula. I met with mr. Sunil and told the same to them. They checked my account on there computer and told me that its done they reversed the account and it will gone back to the sender. But its more 3 days now still its blocked by icici bank.
I called them many times visited there branch. Sent them mails from past 3 days. But no response from them.
One more thing yesterday on 26th may i had a conversation on phone with mr. Sunil with the help of customer care executive. They told me to visit branch again on 27th may. When i visit the branch on 27th may, 2016. He is on leave today. Now they keep telling me that it will be done by today.
I am using icici services from past 5 years. But i think this is my last time now.
They don't value there customers. Really very disappointed by them.
I request you to please have a look on this matter. So that i can able to get my money back.
