Dear sir/Mam, This is Anil Kamal Sharma having salary A/C in your ICICI bank branch 43, Community Centre, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, Delhi 110025 from June 210 to till now. My LIC (DECS DR/[protected]/LIC 1163031) in every month on dated in between 15, 16, and 17. But in the month of September 2016 bank charge penalty Rs/-402.50 paisa on dated 15.09.2016 why? You are requested kindly go through my previous record which is along with you and check how many time it happened. Details of deduction mention below Mini Statement.
