ICICI Bank — Complaint about the Wrong Debit | |
On 22.10.2020 I was returning from the Vrindavan and I was not having sufficient balance in my FASTag account. So accordingly I have paid in cash at Toll Plaza Jakauli and Srinagar Rs 230 and 105 respectively. Later on I have got recharged of my FASTag account by Rs.1, 900 at Panipat and then again Rs.230 and 105 was deducted. Now I have waited for sufficient time with a hope that the amount which is got wrongly debited will be credited but till date nothing has been done. So now I request you to please arrange to reverse the amount at the earliest because sufficient time has already been passed Was this information helpful? | |
