[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Complaint against activating Demat Account withour prior confirmation

Hello Sir, myself Anushree Hazarika, i am from Guwahati (Assam), i am a customer of your esteemed company, i am bearing an account no[protected], fancy bazar branch. from last month i am facing an issue ie, my balance got deducted from my Account. Rs 423, Rs 126, Rs 200, Rs 80, Rs 50 and many small denominations which I can hardly recognise but what i can say is i am very much affraid for keeping any money in my account. when I called to the customer care department what they said is i am having an demat account attached in it whereas i am not exactly aware of the thing. This is my salary account & in am not into share market to go for these. I have given a complaint to remove the same & the code is[protected] but after registering also still the balance got deducted. so, i hope i could made you understand the secenario which went through. now what i want from you is a quick resolution for removal of the said demat & for refunding my deducted balance.
