I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against ICICI Bank for their persistent and unwanted credit card promotion calls. Despite my clear disinterest and repeated requests to stop these calls, they continue to contact me, causing significant inconvenience and disturbance to my daily life.

The issue at hand involves constant calls from ICICI Bank attempting to sell their credit card services to me. These calls occur frequently, sometimes multiple times a day, and have been happening for [duration of harassment]. Each time, I have explicitly stated my lack of interest and requested the cessation of further calls, to no avail.
Action Taken:
I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with ICICI Bank by speaking to customer service, enabled DND request to be removed from their call list, yet the situation remains unchanged.

I am seeking your assistance to:
Ensure that ICICI Bank immediately ceases all promotional calls to my number.
Investigate this matter to ensure that my rights as a consumer are protected, and to prevent similar occurrences in the future, not only for myself but for other consumers who might be facing the same issue.
Inform me of the actions taken in response to this complaint and any recourse available to me.
