ICICI Bank — credit card false transaction

Dear Sir I was holding your bank Platinum credit card No. [protected] Card expired on 02 / 2015 Last transction done Of Rs.1330/- on 06/10/2013 Total out standing was Rs. 3982/- Cheque payment done of Rs. 3950/- on 11/12/2013 with outstanding of Rs. 31.64 At present I am not holding any of credit card of your bank All of sudden your call center person called me said that Rs.7890/- for the transction done on 22/12/2014. self informed them that at present I do not hold any credit card of your bank and not done amy transction of such further requested to provide the details, but this was not done. After some time they have send one of your person with eough statment which showing all the details of above said transctions, but about the transction done on 22/12/2014 as mentioned above. It was only mentioned that "payU MUMBA" which was not understandable. Coutinous follow up is being done by your person but not giving the clarity this is very much painfull to me and creating bad image of your bank. Kindly investigate the matter at your end.
