[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card redeem points reward issue | |||
Hello, I'm a privilege customer of ICICI bank credit card no. [protected] in the name of Kamal Verma. Few days back I redeem my points on the credit card against those points i choose to take a "Pack of 3 Parker Amitabh Bachan pens". I received the your packet but I'm very disappointed with this none of the pen is working. Being a privilege customer from the last 8 years i want to comment on your customer service. I was sitting in a meeting where i need to sign some documents that time i had used that pen and I was shocked to see that none of the pen was working as i won't be able to wrote a single word from those pens. After that I call your credit card customer care to resolve the same but no one is ready to listen anything they said "Acha sir koi problem nai ap dubara order karke replace kar lo" this behavior i'm not ready to accept from ICICI bank being a privilege customer.
