ICICI Bank — Credit card related | |||
I cleared my credit card bill in June 2020 and deactivated too I asked ICICI bank officer/manager to deduct my full amount from my account and deactivate my credit card They asked me to mail them I did that too for deactivating my account They deducted full amount and deactivated my credit card too and I was shocked that I got bill in next month too I mailed them no response from them they were continuously send me bills next 3months I called them and said too they apologize me and again I got bill next month they send negative score to cibil I lost 75pts because they send 4months negative impact I lost my bill 780 to 675 My card number [protected] My number [protected] [protected]@gmail.com They even charged intrest in lockdown time too against RBI rules tortured too Was this information helpful? | |||
