[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — CREDIT PAYMENT ISSUE (WE ALREADY PAID OUTSTANDING AMOUNT BUT THE PENALTY AND SERVICE TAX WAS EXCESSED)

Dear sir, I have a icici bank credit card, (card no :[protected]) i have already paid january month outstanding due date on 15.02.2015 but i paid before 14.02.2015 with icici internet banking, but the updation of payment will be on 18.02.2015. next month bill will show the late payment, interest and service tax will be included, we already paid before the due date so please made the deduction of excess amount as soon as earlier.Note: We already try to pay on 11.02.2015 by cheque but the bank will return the cheque i don't know why i have a balance on my account,
