I have taken personal loan of Rs 5 L And monthly installement of Rs. 11301/- But this month not debited my account The balance is available on my ac in 9th Oct 20 since i have taken call of your customer care office but the customer care no is not reaching

Please resolve mu compliant to avoid unwanted charges and dues for reduce my cibil score
