[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Debit card blocked without my prior permission, or intimation customer service giving false information

Hi,
My name is sanjay, i a customer or icici bank for more than a year, my account number is[protected], last month i received an sms that icici bank has sent a new debit card to my house address which i no longer live there as i have recently [censored]ed my house. When i called the customer service executive about this issue he told me he cannot do anything once the card i returned then i need to call them again change my house address to the new one and request them to resissue a new debit card, i called them on september 25 i requested them to update my address and resend my new debit card to my new address but the blocked my old debit card with out informing me anything about it and resissued the card once again to my old address.

I called them again on oct 2nd, explained them my situation, they said there was delay in their system due to which the address got updated after sending the debit card, i asked them to reissue a new debit card again, they accepted my request and made a new request to reissue my debit card. I called the phone banking office on oct 7th requesting them why i have not received my debit card yet they informed me i will receiving them on 10th or 11th october, today 10th october i called the phone banking officer again now they are informing me that the request was never processed and the phone banking officer i spoke to on 7th oct lied to me.

Now, all my money is being blocked in my icici account i cannot transfer money to other banks, or make payments. I need to pay my credit card bills in my axis bank, i need to pay money to people i owe, i need to pay my rent, i need to pay for me food etc with that money.

Due to icici bank ignorance, false information, no concern for their customers i am suffering and they say they cannot do anything about it. They are saying i can apply for an instant debit card but the banks are closed for a national holiday until thursday and the activation for instant debit card will take around 2 working days.

I am loosing loss of money due to icici bank, i am unable to even pay for my food all because of their ignore and they blocked my debit card for the past 15 days with my permission or intimating the information to me. Now it will take another 10 more days for me receive the debit card due to the national holidays and weekend.

Desirable resolution: i want icici bank to reactivate my debit card which ends with xxxxxxxxx6029 immediately.

Do ICICI have customer support? and do they publish real offers??? Daily I am trying to reach them but getting same message: due to high...call later...and havent got flipkart/Amazon coupon for 5 transaction done in imobile.
