[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Debit of amount rs 10000 in icici bank atm

Dear sir,

I mr. Sambaiah jalapati with sbi acc no[protected] and with the sbi maestro card no[protected] was drawn rs 15000 from icici bank atm at lakshmipuram branch on 17th march 2016. For the first time i tried to drawn amount of rs 10000 from the first atm but i didn't get any amount or trnsaction slip from that atm machine. So i with drawn of rs 10000 and rs 5000 from the second atm machine with the transaction no txn 2675 but unfortunately it was showing rs of 10000 was un necessarily deducted from my sbi account. I didn't get any transaction slip or amount from the first atm machine. In this regards i request you to please revert my 10000 to my sbi account[protected] immediately.
