ICICI Bank — Declined: Transaction alert for your ICICI Bank Debit Card

I have received below mail content and by sms as well.

Dear KRISHNA KANT SINGH,

A transaction of INR on your ICICI Bank Debit Card XX7784 on Aug 23, 2023 at 16:21:11 was declined, as your Card is permanently blocked. Please use a valid Debit Card and attempt the transaction, again. To request for a new card, please call 1800 1080 or visit the nearest branch.

If you have not carried out this transaction, please call on 18002662 if you are in India and [protected] if outside India.

But I am not able to call on [protected] since I am abroad at the moment.
