[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Deducted money from my account after unsuccessful atm Transaction | |||
Dear Sir I am satish kumar Barkhe, I am working in Accel Frontline Ltd Chennai. I am troubling with money problem because of icici bank. On 2nd Dec 2014 at evening 8 pm I went to atm and I did two Transaction 1000 and 500 but both is not success but the icici bank deducted 1500 Rs at that time. I have only 2000 in my account that time. I had to go Bhopal. I need money to tack tatkal ticket. On next Day on 4th Dec, on 7th Dec 2014 I have IBPS clerk Exam in Bhopal. I have to Must attend this exam I did preparation very hard for this exam but cause of Money problem (wrongly deduct money icici bank) I am unable to attend my exam. Please do needful for me. This is very bad things of banks. This is very bad thing doing bank with customer if a person has very urgently work and bank provide that type service that is very wrong thing going on with customer. I think it is injustice with customers. Do needful. Not only for me but for all others persons, they are facing that type problem with bank. My details are below. Jan 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my money back in my account as per bank sop after same days. I got many calls by unknown persons.
but finally i got my money. issue is resoved ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
