Within 88 days about 7394 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ From the date of January 2024 to February 2024 without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency, What the hell wrong with icici bank. I contacted with the customer care service but they didn't responding. Kindly review.
