ICICI Bank — DEDUCTION INSPITE OF TRANSACTION FAILURE-DEBIT CARD

Hi Its around 26 days and I had not received the transaction failure deducted amount from UNINOR . I had tried to recharge (Rs.253+Rs.100+Rs.20) on 3rd May 2015 but it got failed but the amount got debited .After talking to CC dep Uninor they told it will be reversed in 4 days. But still its pending below are the Transaction details.
