[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Deduction of amount as DEMAT charges though it is not at all valid

I had demat account 2 years back, & the account login is also been disabled long back. But these ICICI people deducting Rs. 561.80 saying they are doing this to maintain your Demat Account. Since the access to the D-Account is been disabled from 2 years, How can they say this is for maintenance. On inquiry, they are telling cannot refund full amount and I have to close this account (which is already closed) by personally visiting their branch with proof, This is absolutely ridiculous. Please register this complaint. This is open fraud Do the needful. There are many people facing the same problem with this Bank.
