[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Deduction of Credit card dues after 7 years

we bring to your kind notice that in the year 2007, I availed home loan from ICICI & they also issued credit card with no [protected] . I was not using my credit card for last 7years (probably after June 2007) & to my surprise ICICI bank deducted an amount of Rs. 7831/35 on 10th September 14 when my home instalment was due on the said date and as a result my ECS of my home loan could not be deducted.After struggling for 10-12 days last week, I was able to find the reason for deduction. My concern is that if the bank has to earn money by this foul tactics, they should not provide any such facility which is not required by the customer. The bank was deducting my loan instalment from the same account no, then why it was not deducted in the very first year.You are requested to register my complaint & asked the bank to refund the above amount.
