We applied to open a new current at icici bank m. S. Road retail branch guwahati on[protected]. We handed over this account form and other document to ms. Prinyanka she committed us to open the account in 3 working days but she didn't opened the account after that the account detail was given in the hand of branch manager mr. Kallilur rahman then also the account didnt got opened and yesterday i got a answer that the account has some queries due to which account has net been opened did the bank got this information after 15 days they should have informed us regarding this issue before not after 15 days.
