ICICI Bank — Dispute Transaction on Credit Card | |||
Hi, This is with respect to the reference number: SR[protected]. I have raised a complain about one dispute transaction happened on 26th December 2014. But it is getting declined by the merchant again again. So I went to the Hypercity, Bangalore Merchant store personally and Merchant told me that they have received the amount only once and gave me the hard copy of declaration statement of the same. Please see the attached scan copy of declaration form which given by the merchant and grievance form. The very worst thing is that when I am explaining this issue to the customer care they are placing my call on hold and disconnecting it after 10 minutes. This happened multiple times with me. If i conclude all the above statement, ICICI is saying that dispute transaction request declined by the Merchant and Merchant is saying that We have not received the amount twice from ICICI. Now I am really helpless and hope that somebody will understand and look into the issue properly. So request you to please look into the matter asap and take necessary action for the same get revert my amount 1657/-.
