I am trying to connect with your support person from almost 5 months now but no luck since it is available only for high priority services.
For my issue, on 30th March the amount of 688.33 got deducted from my account without my notice and even still I am not aware why it got deducted. After research in the internet I found its something related with Demat account but I have not used any Demat account and unfortunately this Deduction doesn't comes under ICICI Emergency services. So after lot of calling and waiting I have to write here and in case I don't get the money back within 2 weeks then for sure I am going to close my ICICI account and also my Credit card since now I am very much disappointed with the services.
Not sure how to reach out to you but will wait for the response or else last option I have already mentioned above. Was this information helpful? |
