ICICI Bank — every month deducting 300Rs.from my account

My account No is[protected] My name is Leela I went and deposited on 21/05/2014 Rs.1500 to maintain 10, 000/- in my account. the last withdrawal was showing 9365 after deducting about 520rs in day trading on 21/05/2014. it should show around 10, 300 why r u deducting 300 Rs every month last month also same thing happened i did not have any explaination now this time i am going to consumer forum if I dont get proper explaination and my bank statement
