I, atul Singh, date of birth 16th october, 1981, am holder of ICICI bank credit card. I was charged with Rs. 589/- towards annual maintainance fee in the statement for the month of January, 2021 and the outstanding amount was paid by me on 01.02.2021 vide sbin reference no. 5004IV06711463.
But still I am getting the demand for the same amount alongwith penal charges and tax.
I tried contacting the customer care executive through toll free number provided but the call was put on hold for more than an hour.
I am feeling harassed by the bank approach. It is felt that the bank does not have any reconciliation system and has been charging and collecting the unlawfull money from the customers by such scrupulous means.
Customer support services are also not efficient and leaving the customers with no option. Was this information helpful? |
