[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fastag related issues | |||
AS a First time user of ICICI fastag (vehicle number GJ01HV 0046) I had paid Rs.1500/- in my account; along with 100/- offer, the total credit stood at 1600/-. Later Rs.100/- more was added to check the recharge mechansim. During the first hightway trip from Bangalore to Chennai and back, the RFID in some of the plazas failed to detect the sticker and the toll plaza insisted that we have to pay double the charges ( 190/- at Vaniambadi and Pallikonda and 50/- at Chenna Samudra toll plazas) . This is all along when my fast tag account showed the availability of funds. Further, in some plazas like Attibele and Krishnagiri, , I get an sms intimating detection of single charge from my account !! most of the times the sms is received only after a minimum of 24h and it could even by 48 h as in this case!! I insist that the excess amount should be credited back to my account at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||
