[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — fastag serial no not updated

Applied for icici fastag on 15.01.2020 and paid full amount online. Tag not received till date, registered 10 plus complaints and called their customer care 50 plus times. Not resolved yet, forced to pay toll charges in cash during pandemic times. Icici fastag customer id 12206576
