First of all the Bank does not like feedback. For giving feedback you need to fill up a lengthy form with mandatory fields like your opening a new account.
With great difficulty I filled up the form once. The site promises redressal within 48 hours, but no response even in a month.
First about the ATM service:
ATM at civic center, Bhilai Durg Chattisgarh: The AC never ever works, it stinks inside and is dirty.
The old ATM machine cannot read the card properly and several times gives error messages in Marathi. (being multilingual is a part of their GREAT customer service, but in Chattisgarh people don't speak marathi.)
Next everything is FREE FREE FREE: Gold Cards, Platinum Cards so on so forth. But if you forget bank password you have to make at least two visits to their "nearest" branch, fill up a lengthy form. But you will be offered with many new and lucrative schemes which are nothing but traps.
Now every day you get e-mails about REWARD POINTS. Feels like you are dealing with some apparel chain or Big Bazar. It is ridiculous - the bank's service is so poor but their always advertising FREE this FREE that. It is such a noisy bank.
And the worst part is there are hidden charges with every step.
Overall it is a fearsome Bank. I never felt at home with this Bank. Probably it is a RICH man's Bank. Was this information helpful? |
