[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraudulent charges applied for my demat account as DP charges

I have been charged 688.33 as DP charges till April 21, which i did not receive any notification over mail or message. I have never used the ICICI demat account and the account opening was also done without my consent or through a hidden agenda.
I would like the bank to be notified against such fraud transaction/improper charges applied to their own customers. I need the refund right away without any delay.
