I had complained about a chain of fraudulent transactions that were carried out through my debit card in 2017. I was pursuing an internship along with my college education in 2017 and consulted the bank while this happened. A total of rs. 10, 400 was deducted from my icici account in october and november of 2017.
I had approached my branch office of icici bank and informed them about these activities on 7 october 2017. They told me to register this on the customer service and blocked my card.
I registered the complaint and received a mail with sr[protected]. My concern never got resolved and i eventually stopped using the icici account. I received no resolution or customer support after registering the service request. I tried to follow up but the auto-generated voice responded every time for the service request and eventually stopped. I've been waiting for the resolution of this complaint for 2 years now. I've completely lost hopes with the icici customer service.
