[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Frozen as KYC verification pending/rejected/Employer Confirmation pending | |
I had created an NPS account on 24.02.21 where I had registered bank name ICICI BANK.But till date my account is showing frozen despite fact that I had successfully contributed Rs 500 after pran generation.I had raised several grievances with NPS portal and they asked me to approach bank and when I approach bank, they are telling that they have nothing to do with kyc verification for NPS account.Infact they are clueless about NPS processes.i have salary account with icici for last 13 years.I have sent a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com also on this matter but no response yet.Please help. I went to ICICI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process.
I had tried to reach customer care, but they have no understanding of this and are unable to help.
I had raised complaint to ICICI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all.
My final option was to raise complaint here, hope ICICI Bank will take care of this this time.
