[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Harassment rude

Hi,
I took a personal loan from icici bank and due to pandemic going on i am supporting my family and there was a slight delay in paying. I paid the amount yesterday and the next day agent from recovery team came to my house saying i am standing in-front of your apartment as you have not paid the emi. I was receiving calls from the bank i informed that i will pay on 24th sept as i will get my salary that day. But they still called me and harassed me every day. The agent called me saying you have not paid to we came to recover the amount. As per the laws they are not supposed to come to anyone’s place. And i paid already.
